Policies

1. Delivery of Product- Merchandise will be delivered between 7-10 business days. This does not include weekends. There is an additional option to pay for express delivery which is 3-5 business days upon your request.

2. If it is a unreleased shoe it may take longer to come in.

3. Placing a order with Step In Style Fashions – All orders must be placed by 6pm eastern time Monday-Friday. If a order is received after 6pm then it will be placed the following business day. (Orders received on weekends will be placed first thing Monday morning)

4. New Releases- If interested in a shoe that you would like order prior to its original release date, please email me. There will be an additional fee on preorders.

5. Payment Options- We currently accept Cashapp or Paypal, If you decide to make payments with Google wallet, Venmo, or Paypal your payment will take one business day to process. Invoice or receipts will be provided with each order.

6. Refunds/Exchanges – THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS. Exchanges will only be made for shoe with equal value. An additional fee of $35 will be charged for restocking if you’re responsible for an incorrect order which includes wrong shoe, size, color, etc.

7. Payment Plans- This is only available after a down payment of 50% is made towards the order. Each payment plan will last no longer than 30 days. If balance of the merchandise can not be paid within the agreed timeframe this will be grounds to cancel your payment plan and a refund WILL NOT BE PROVIDED!

8. All products will be shipped to the address that you provided. Shipping cost will be 14.00 and I will be adding this to order All products have to be shipped for my records. So please make sure you provide an address
